This is strictly a 19+ event. You must be nineteen (19) years of age or older with valid government-issued photo identification to enter the event. Moccasin Trails reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder who does not have the valid identification or is suspected to be under nineteen (19) years of age. Ticket refunds will be issued if this event is cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The holder of this ticket ("Holder") voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to Moccasin Trails on November 18, 19, and 20, 2022 at the Prestige Vernon Lodge and other event locations (the "Event"), whether occurring prior to, during or after the Event. Holder voluntarily agrees Moccasin Trails, the Prestige Vernon Lodge, any exhibitors at the Event ("Exhibitors"), any partners of the Event ("Partners") and all of their respective affiliates, agents, officers, directors, shareholders, owners and employees are expressly released by Holder from any claims arising from any such causes.

Moccasin Trails reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by Moccasin Trails Event Management to be disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with these or other Event rules and regulations that may be implemented by Event Management from time to time and at any time. Breach of any of the foregoing will automatically terminate this ticket license.

This ticket is a revocable license and admission may be refused. Unlawful resale or attempted resale is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void. If issued a complimentary ticket, this ticket shall not be exchangeable.

Holder agrees by use of this ticket, not to transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the Event or any of its content, speakers, Exhibitors, Sponsors, staff, volunteers or agents for which this ticket is issued for commercial purposes. Holder acknowledges that the Event may be broadcast or otherwise publicized, and hereby grants permission to utilize holder's image or likeness in connection with any live or recorded transmission or reproduction of such Event including, without limitation, any photographs that may be reproduced on Moccasin Trails website at any time and from time to time after the Event.

This ticket cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed, and is valid only for the Event. This ticket is not redeemable for cash. It is unlawful to reproduce this ticket in any form. Unless indicated otherwise, prices include all applicable taxes and/or cash discounts (if available). Holder agrees to all terms and conditions associated with this ticket by using it to gain entry into the Event. In conformance with some local requirements or certain facility rules, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, controlled substances (with the exception of cannabis), bundles and containers of any kind may not be brought into the Event.
